- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 10-inch bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

- Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mix.
- Combine honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans for the filling.
- Layer half the batter in the pan, top with half the filling, then repeat.
- Swirl with a knife, and bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, serve, and enjoy the blissful taste!
