3 medium yellow peaches, cored and sliced

6 oz blueberries

2 cups fresh cherries, cored and halved

2 cups green seedless grapes, halved

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese


Instructions

Make the Salad Dressing: In a mason jar, combine the extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whisk vigorously with a fork for 1-2 minutes until the dressing is well emulsified. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more honey or mustard if desired.
