- 3 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño(chilli pepper)
- 1 red onion (if the onion is big, use half)
- Bunch of cilantro (coriander)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 lime
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1can of tuna
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Finely chop the jalapeño and red onion. Place all in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Corn and Tuna: Drain the corn and add it to the bowl. Add the drained tuna.
- Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the mayo mixture over the vegetables and tuna. Gently fold to combine all ingredients.
