- 1 1/2 cups halved grape or cherry tomatoes

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
Combine the diced tomatoes, halved grape or cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs in a large bowl.
Add Dressing:
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Season and Rest:
